My Story

Niki was the first of her family to earn two masters degrees.  In Corporate America and through philanthropic involvement, Niki was continually coordinating details to transform mayhem into marvelous.  The concept of Niki’s Events and Sweets came from blending her baking birthright with her gift for events and managing details. Using recipes from across the generations of her family, Niki’s Events and Sweets brings something really special to the Triad: A sweet piece of history.

Niki can bake most any request but the standard menu includes brownies, cookies, mini pie tarts or whole pies, cupcakes or whole cakes. Gluten-free and sugar-free alternatives are also available.
